- Information you provide: name, email, phone number, age range, country, course preferences, and messages submitted through our forms.
- Automatically collected: browser type, device, pages visited, and basic analytics — used to improve the site.
- Local storage: theme preference, login session, and a backup copy of your form submissions stored only in your browser.

- Respond to enrollment, contact, and trial requests
- Schedule and deliver online Quran classes
- Send educational updates, newsletters, and course reminders (you can unsubscribe anytime)

3. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers (e.g., email delivery via EmailJS, video conferencing) strictly for operating Amirah Academy, and only as required by law.
4. Children's Privacy
For learners under 18, we collect information only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents may request to review, modify, or delete their child's information at any time.

Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2026By using Amirah Academy ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
Anyone may use Amirah Academy. Learners under 18 require parental or guardian consent to enroll in courses.
2. Account & Enrollment
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during enrollment.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One enrollment account per learner unless approved by Amirah Academy.
3. Conduct
Students, parents, and teachers are expected to maintain Islamic etiquette (adab) in all interactions. Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension without refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, lesson plans, and content provided by Amirah Academy remain the property of Amirah Academy. You may use them for personal, non-commercial study only.
5. Class Recording
Live classes may be recorded for student review and quality assurance. By enrolling, you consent to such recording. Recordings are kept private and shared only with the enrolled student.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting info@amirahacademy.com.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". While we strive for excellence in our teaching, Amirah Academy makes no warranty regarding specific learning outcomes.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Refund Policy
Last updated: January 2026We want every student to have a meaningful learning experience. If you are not satisfied, the following refund terms apply:
1. Free Trial
All new students are eligible for 3 free trial sessions before any payment. No refund is needed if you decide not to continue.
2. Monthly Plans
You may cancel a monthly plan at any time. Unused full weeks within the current billing cycle will be refunded on a pro-rated basis if requested within 7 days of payment.
3. Annual Plans
Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no more than 4 classes have been attended. After 14 days, a pro-rated refund minus a 10% administrative fee may be offered at our discretion.
4. Hajj & Umrah Programs
Hajj and Umrah preparation packages are non-refundable once travel-related arrangements have been booked. Tuition-only refunds follow the monthly/annual plan rules above.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email info@amirahacademy.com with your full name, plan name, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
